Fallero Artists
Our work covers everything related to design and illustration, including the elaboration of models, fallas and ninots on order, as well as merchandising elements, especially targeting the children’s world. We are present in the whole process of creating a falla, and we collaborate with other fallero artists in carpentry and modelling.
We strive to achieve an outstanding product, whatever it is.
Materials we work with
- Expanded polystyrene, also known as Styrofoam, porexpan or white cork, used for its lightness, moisture resistance and shock absorption capacity.
- Extruded polystyrene which is a rigid foam, ideal for modelling, corporeal letters and posters.
- Resins: styrothane or decortane, which is a plastic material for Styrofoam coating. It offers hardness, strength, and high durability. Flexitane is more flexible.
- Polyureas, whose use allows us to obtain high flexibility, adhesion to any surface, very resistant to climate changes, resistant to UV rays, protection against corrosion and high waterproofing.
- Paints and varnishes. Professionals in artistic, mural and airbrush painting.
- Thermoplastic filaments for 3D printer such as PLA, ABS or Naylon.
- Fiberglass with different thicknesses applied with resins.

Machinery we work with
- 3D printer capable of replicating 3D designs by creating volumetric models or parts.
- 3D scanner. High precision scanners.
- CNC 2D cutting. Cutting system for EPS or expanded polystyrene.
- 3D milling machine. Three-axis XYZ milling machine designed for machining semi-hard materials such as expanded polystyrene, plastics or softwoods.
- E-10hp reactor dispenser for pure and hybrid polyurea coatings. Ideal for roof coverings, swimming pools, waterproofing, and coating.
